Introduction to Python Programming Workshop

Python Programming hosted by Girls Computing League, powered by TechGirlz

1-3pm in the Power Plant.

Python is the programming language of choice from beginners to data scientists. Students will learn the basics of Python programming including simple data types (e.g., floats, integers, strings, and lists), comparisons, if-statements, and loops in Trinket.io. Using what they learned, students will make a fun game. (FreeTrinket.io account needed.) Accessible for ages 8+ but anyone can participate!

This workshop is free with admission to the museum. Participants are asked bring their own device to partake in the activity.
