Celebrate the season with Holiday Nights at Hagley on December 10th, 12th, 17th, and 19th. Holiday Nights at Hagley include:

· Self-guided tours of Hagley’s Nation of Inventors exhibition featuring 19th century inventions with holiday and winter connections

· Guided tours of Eleutherian Mills—the first du Pont Family home built in the United States—all decked out for the holidays and lit by candlelight

· Visits to the festive displays of the annual amateur Gingerbread Contest in the historic Hagley barn

· Special discounts in the Hagley Museum Store to complete your holiday shopping with unique gifts and items from local artisans

· And more!

Tours of Eleutherian Mills and the Gingerbread Contest display are accessible only by Hagley shuttle. Shuttles depart from the Hagley Visitor Center approximately every 15 minutes from 4:00PM to 7:00PM. Guests can arrive for Holiday Nights at Hagley at any time between 4:00PM and 6:30PM to experience everything the event has to offer.

Guest should plan to spend approximately one hour and 30 minutes at Holidays at Hagley.

Tickets are $20, or $10 for Hagley Members.

Advanced registration is required for all guests. Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the night selected.

(NOTE: Hagley has two entrances. Be sure to use the “Hagley Museum” entrance at 200 Hagley Creek Road—NOT the “Hagley Library” entrance at 298 Buck Road.)

PARKING

Parking is free at the Hagley Visitor Center.

ACCESSIBILITY

The main level of the Eleutherian Mills Residence is accessible to guests using wheelchairs and those with limited mobility. The lower level of the Residence is accessed only by stairs. Hagley shuttles accommodate guests using wheelchairs and other assistive devices. OTHER ITEMS TO NOTE:

· The tour will take place at night with low lighting levels. Visibility in some areas may be limited.

· Holidays Nights at Hagley requires movement between multiple buildings with occasional, brief wait times for entry. Please keep an eye on the forecast and dress for the weather.

· Pets are not permitted. Service dogs are welcome.
